1. Accounts

1.1. To place bets and use the Website’s services, you must first complete registration and create an active account.

1.2. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) account. Only one account per household, IP address, and device is allowed. If you attempt to register multiple accounts, all such accounts may be suspended or closed, and any placed bets may be canceled. Any returns, deposits, winnings, or bonuses associated with duplicate accounts will be forfeited and may be reclaimed by the Company. If you wish to create a new account, you must request it via email to support, in which case the previous account will be closed. If you discover that you have more than one active account, you must notify us immediately. Failure to do so may result in access restrictions.

1.3. During registration, you must provide accurate and complete information, including a valid email address. If an invalid email address is provided, password recovery will not be possible. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all submitted data.

1.4. You are required to choose a unique username and password during account setup. It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your login details. You must never disclose this information to anyone. The Casino is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your actions or failure to protect your credentials.

1.5. SSL encryption is used to secure financial transactions. All customer information is handled confidentially and will never be sold to third parties.

1.6. Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for deposits. For example, if you deposit with a Credit Card, winnings from that deposit must be withdrawn back to the same card.

1.7. You confirm that all information provided throughout the validity of this agreement remains accurate and updated, and you agree to notify the Website immediately in case of any changes.

1.8. You are not permitted to transfer funds between accounts, receive money from other users, or sell, transfer, or acquire accounts under any circumstances.

1.9. If a bet or transaction is processed incorrectly due to an error, the Casino reserves the right to void the erroneous wager or adjust it to the correct terms that should have applied at the time of placement.

1.10. If you become aware of any malfunction or software issue, you must not exploit it. You must report any such error immediately. Failure to notify the Company may result in full financial liability for losses or recovery actions associated with such exploitation.

1.11. The Company reserves the right to withhold payments if there is suspicion of manipulation or system abuse. Criminal investigation may be initiated against individuals attempting to tamper with systems. The Website may alter or discontinue games or services at its discretion.

2. Payouts

2.1. The minimum withdrawal limit ranges between €50 and €120 depending on the method. Maximum withdrawal limits depend on the payment provider. If the requested amount exceeds the provider’s limit, the payout will be issued in installments.

2.2. If funds are credited to your account in error, those funds remain the property of the Company. If withdrawn prior to the error being identified, such funds will be deemed owed by you and must be returned. You must notify us immediately of any erroneous crediting.

2.3. You agree that all funds wagered are used instantly and that refunds or cancellations are not offered. The Casino may process significant winnings in monthly installments.

2.4. Verification checks may be required at the first withdrawal and may include copies of ID documents, proof of address, and payment card details.

2.5. It is the player’s responsibility to ensure all submitted KYC documents are authentic. Any falsified information may lead to forfeiture of deposits and winnings.

2.6. Prior to withdrawal, deposited funds must be wagered at least three (3) times, in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations. You are responsible for all taxes or fees applied to your winnings under local laws.

2.7. The Website supports withdrawals through OCT for Visa and Payment Transfer for Mastercard. However, successful transaction processing depends on issuing banks and cannot be guaranteed.

2.8. If cryptocurrency is mistakenly sent to an incorrect blockchain network, recovery will only be attempted if the value exceeds €5000, and a fee of 0.1 BTC applies. Recovery success is not guaranteed.

2.9. Euro is the primary operating currency. Transactions in other currencies may result in a slightly higher charge due to banking conversion rates or processing fees.

2.10. Withdrawal processing may take up to 24 hours. After approval, payout timeframes depend on the payment method.

2.11. Bank transfer withdrawals may incur additional intermediary fees beyond the Casino’s control.

2.12. Standard withdrawal limits are €1,000 per day, €3,000 per week, and €10,000 per month, unless otherwise stated in promotional terms. VIP players may receive increased limits at the Casino’s discretion.

2.13. For winnings above €10,000, the Casino may process the payout in monthly instalments of up to €10,000 until paid in full.

2.14. Additional identity verification (including selfie verification) may be required for deposits. Only documents in Latin or Cyrillic alphabet are accepted. If unavailable, video verification may be requested.

2.15. The Casino reserves the right to verify the phone number linked to the account. Until verification is fully completed, withdrawals will be withheld.

2.16. Bank transfer withdrawals may be subject to fees charged by intermediary institutions, limited to a maximum equivalent of €16.

2.17. The Casino is not a financial institution. Accounts do not accrue interest, and no currency conversion services are offered.

3. Bonuses

3.1. All bonus promotions are strictly limited to one per individual, per family, home address, IP address, email address, phone number, account, payment card, e-wallet, payment system account (such as Neteller or Skrill), and one device (computer, smartphone, tablet, etc.).

3.2. All registered players may participate in bonuses unless a specific promotion includes regional restrictions that apply to the player’s country of residence or citizenship.

3.3. Abuse of bonus offers is strictly prohibited. If such behavior is detected, the Casino may deny future bonuses and cancel winnings obtained using bonus funds — both during wagering and after completion.

3.4. Using bonus funds solely to advance through game stages is forbidden. For example, progressing through a bonus collection mechanic with bonus funds (e.g., collecting 9 out of 10 items) and then switching to real money once wagering is completed to trigger the reward, may lead to full voiding of associated winnings.

3.5. Any fraudulent behavior while using an active bonus will result in cancellation of all winnings and potential exclusion from bonus participation.

3.6. Each bonus includes: a minimum deposit requirement, a maximum bonus amount, wagering rules, maximum bet restrictions during wagering and a validity period, unless stated otherwise in the promotion.

3.7. For slot bonuses, the default maximum permitted wager during wagering is 5 EUR (or equivalent), unless stated otherwise. For live dealer games, the maximum permitted wager is 10 EUR (or equivalent). These limits include doubled bets after a round and bonus buy-features.

3.8. Winnings from bonus play become withdrawable only after all wagering requirements have been completely fulfilled.

3.9. Unless mentioned otherwise, all bonuses must be wagered forty (40) times before they may be withdrawn.

3.10. All bonuses are “sticky”, meaning you cannot withdraw real funds until wagering requirements are complete. Real balance is used first; if bonus funds reach zero, the bonus is removed automatically.

3.11. Bonuses expire 14 days after activation unless another timeframe is explicitly specified.

3.12. If wagering requirements are not completed before the bonus period ends, the bonus funds and all linked winnings will be voided.

3.13. A player may request withdrawal of deposited funds before completing wagering requirements. In such cases, the bonus and its winnings are canceled, and only the remaining real balance (if any) will be paid out.

3.14. The player may cancel any bonus at any time before wagering begins without losing their real balance.

3.15. Only one active bonus is permitted at any given time. Deposit bonuses cannot be combined.

3.16. The player may decline any Casino bonuses.

3.25. Maximum winnings from no-deposit bonuses are limited to 50 EUR (or equivalent), unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3.26. Winnings from bonus play are limited to a maximum of x10 the awarded bonus amount.

3.28. The maximum winnings using bonus funds are capped at ten times the total bonus received.

4. Welcome package

4.1. All promotional offers become available only after the Welcome Package bonuses have been fully completed, including wagering requirements. However, if an enhanced Welcome Bonus has been awarded, completing its wagering is not required to activate subsequent promotions.

Bonus Activation & Wagering Requirements
